Hi! I'm Vanessa. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2001, and am a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO. You can learn more about my school at http://www.csha.net
All sessions are individual to the client and may consist of a combination of modalities, unless one specific modality is requested. Within a session, you may experience Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, reflexology, energy work, active assisted techniques, and passive range of motion techniques among others. The client's preference is always taken into consideration and any techniques used will never exceed the client's comfort level. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about what you may expect in a session.
